Perma Wall Guard is an environment friendly acrylic protective coating for external walls which protects walls from algae, fungus, polluting atmosphere and makes them waterproof. The product is available in limited shades which are totally alkali stable and resistant to UV and IR rays. The product is highly elastomeric and allows the concrete surface to breathe normally.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Primer: Clean the surface thoroughly with water to remove all loose particles. Apply a coat of Perma Multi Prime. After 8 to 12 hours of the primer coat apply Perma Wall Guard.
Perma Wall Guard shall be applied in two coats at intervals of 12 to 24 hours between coats with a painters brush or suitable rollers.
Clean the surface with pressure jet of water to remove all loose material. Thoroughly clean and remove mould release oil etc. from the RCC surfaces. Repair all cracks by widening into “V” shaped groove and filling them with PERMA ACRISEAL / PERMA CRACK FILL.

Primer: Perma Multi Prime gives a coverage of 4 to 6 sq./mtr. /ltr.
Coating: Perma Wall Guard gives coverage of 15 to 20 square feet per kg depending upon the type of surface at a DFT of 400 microns in 2 coats.The coverage can be stretched multifold by dilution with water and without making any difference in the visual effect but in such cases the claimed property of the product will be lost.
Perma Wall Guard is available in 1.5 kg, 5 kg, 15 kg and 50 kg packs.
Perma Wall Guard has a shelf life of 24 months if stored in manufacturer’s original packing in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
